To log in using your existing account, enter your user name and password on the Log In page and click the Login button.

If you do not have a user account, see the section Create a new account for assistance.

If you are unable to log in, it may be that you have entered the password incorrectly. Remember that the password is case sensitive. In other words, uppercase letters must be entered in uppercase, lowercase letters must be entered in lowercase (for example, the password Pub.336ls is not the same as pub.336ls).

If you cannot recall your user name or your password, click on the Forgot your user name or password? link on the Log In page for assistance.

If you have forgotten your user name and your password, you will first have to retrieve your user name. Once you have your user name, then you can retrieve your password.

Follow these steps to retrieve your user name:

1. Select I don't remember my user name in the What did you forget? section.
2. Enter your email account as it appears in your user profile. Click the Continue button.
3. Check the inbox of the e-mail address you entered for a message from “cms@winsir.net”. Your user name is included in the message. (If you cannot locate the message, check the junk mail folder.)

Note: If you cannot retrieve your user name yourself, ask your administrator to assist you.

Follow these steps to retrieve your password:

1. Select I don't remember my password in the What did you forget? section.
2. Enter your email account and user name as they appear in your user profile. Click the Continue button.
3. Answer the security question you submitted when you registered. Click the Continue button.
4. Check the inbox of the e-mail address you entered for a message from “cms@winsir.net”. Instructions on how to change your password are included.
